Working characteristics
1, pressure control is stable and reliable. The pilot valve and main valve work continuously, the downstream pressurechanges continuously and steadily, and is little affected by the inlet pressure.
2, easy to operate. After the working pressure is adiusted, when the upstream pressure or flow changes, the main valveautomatically adjusts to stabilize the downstream pressure.
3, the valve body adopts full channel, straight flow, streamlined design. The hydraulic loss is small and the energysaving effect is good.
Structural characteristics
The AX742X consists of a main valve and needle type, pilot valve, ball valve and nozzle system. This product sets theoutlet pressure by setting the spring pressure of the regulating pilot valve and adjusting the opening of the needle valveand stabilizes the outlet pressure by the feedback of the nozzle system and the control room.
This product uses needle valve and pilot valve for self-controlled water pressure, easy maintenance, little influence byinlet pressure and flow, high pressure control accuracy, reliable pressure reduction and pressure regulation.
