Product profile
The 100X remote controll float valve is a hydraulically operated valve with multiple functions. it is mainly installed inthe water inlet of the pool or elevated water tower. When the water level reaches the set height, the main valve iscontrolled by the float pilot valve to close the water inlet and stop the water supply. When the water level drops, the mainvalve is controlled by the float switch to open the water inlet and inject water into the pool to realize automatic waterreplenishment, Precise liquid level control, free from water pressure interference; 100X remote control float valve can beinstalled, maintained, adjusted and inspected at any position with the height of the pool and the use space, reliablesealing and long service life
Working principle
When the pipeline is fed water from the inlet end, because the needle valve, ball valve and float valve are normallyopen, water enters the pool through the needle valve, control room, ball valve and float valve. At this time, no pressure isformed in the control room, the main valve is opened, and the water tower (pool) is supplied.
When the water rises to the set height, the float ball will be closed, Pressure rises in the main control room, push themain valve to close, and stop the water supply. When the water level drops, the float ball valve is reopened, then thepressure drops, and the main valve is reopened to continue the water supply and maintain the set Liquid level.
