Product profile
300X slow closed check valve is an intelligent valve installed in the water supply system of high-rise buildings andother water supply systems at the pump outlet to prevent media backflow, water hammer and water hammerphenomenon. The valve has three functions of electric valve, check valve and water hammer eliminator, which mayeffectively improve the safety and reliability of the water supply system.
Working principle
When the valve is fed from the inlet end, the water enters the main valve control room through the micro-filter, needlevalve, check valve, and then flows out through the ball valve. The opening ofthe needle valve is less than the opening ofthe ball valve, so the drainage speed ofthe main valve control room is greater than the inlet speed, and the pressure ofthecontrol room is reduced, so the main valve is opened to supply water downstream.
When the pipeline stops supplying water, if the water begins to backflow, part of the water enters the main controlroom through the ball valve, due to the function of the check valve, the water cannot flow out of the main control room,so the pressure of the main control room will aradually increase and the main yalve closes slowly.
