Product Overview
The middle body clear stem elastic seat sealing gate valve overcomes the defects of poor sealing, elastic fatigue, and easy rusting of general gate valves.
Soft sealed gate valve is a replacement product of traditional gate valve, which uses the compensating effect of slight deformation generated by elastic gate plate to achieve good sealing effect. This valve has significant advantages such as light opening and closing, reliable sealing, good elastic memory and long service life. It can be widely used as a regulating and shut-off device in fluid pipelines such as tap water, sewage, construction, food, power, medicine, metallurgy, textile, energy systems, etc.

1. Flat bottomed valve seat, no accumulation of dirt, ensuring reliable sealing.
2. The valve disc is entirely wrapped in nitrile rubber, and the valve internals are made of non rusting steel and copper alloy materials, which can be used in sewage systems to adapt to harsh working environments.
3. Small size, light weight, easy to install and maintain.
4. The valve stem is sealed with EPDM rubber sleeve, greatly reducing the frictional resistance during switching, and the switch is lightweight and leak proof.
